Equality

From an early age, kids are introduced to a term called "racism". They learn about it from school, their family or the media. However, while they are growing up, because of all these factors, something changes and they start to use it more. They start notice things they normally wouldn't. They start commenting on someone's physic, ethnisity, sexuality or religion, without thinking how this person feels.
Who has given them the permission to talk about someone else's life?
